Tijara Iris Garden is committed to upholding the rights of consumers and exceeding our customers' expectations. Below you will find relevant policy information along with links to our policies. We also provide direct contact information should you need to communicate with us in relation to these policies, noting the below exclusions for the acceptable use of this information.

Iris Availability and Substitution

Stock inventory is regularly updated on our website so availability shown is quite accurate. Note also that all available iris are shown so if you cannot find it on our website, it is not available for purchase (we promise we're not holding anything back!).

Given the nature of gardening and the propagation of iris rhizomes as we dig each order freshly, should your selected variety be unavailable, we will supply to the nearest available colour and style. You may choose to opt of this substitution offer during checkout. Where you opt out of substitution, should there be insufficient healthy rhizomes to fulfil your order at the time of digging, it will be shipped without those rhizomes, with a refund processed for the invoiced value of those rhizomes only. In this situation we will contact you to confirm your choice before finalising your order and refund.

Note that we do not take orders by phone or email and cannot accept payments other than by way of our website which offers secure payments through Australian provider e-Way.

 

Garden Visits and Tours

Note that we no longer participate in the Burra Open Gardens scheme and cannot accept private or group visitors to the garden.
